Ann Haehn
Founding Partner
Ann has extensive post-acquisition integration experience, having participated in over 30 M&A projects. She has worked with corporate teams to determine synergies and best practices by evaluating key systems, business process and cultural elements for integration. Ann has wide-ranging process redesign experience gained through the post integration of several companies, and is adept at producing system maps using Visio and Omnigraffle. Furthermore, Ann is a proficient business writer, having produced various documents including proposals, business and operating plans, non-profit articles, technical manuals and procedures, web content, and professional résumés.
Ann possess a B.A. in English with a minor in Anthropology, as well as an emphasis in Information Technology. She is a member of the Project Management Institute, and is certified in ITIL Foundation and Pragmatic Marketing. Ann has an in-depth working knowledge of key software and business processes such as Adjacency Maps, Swim Lane Maps, Microsoft PM, Clarizen PM, SmartSheet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Omniplan, Omnigraffle, and Scrivener.
Charlie Stowell, MBA
Founding Partner
Charlie has a strong background in achieving post-merger synergies and integrations of business functions. Charlie's main emphasis has been on integration of business processes, financials, and teams and cultures during the due-diligence and post-merger phases. He has also demonstrated success in business process engineering and re-engineering. His efforts included mapping internal business processes to various vendor service delivery processes to achieve business process synergies between companies. Furthermore, Charlie has extensive experience in data center and network operations management. Charlie also is an adept writer, having authored business proposals, business and operating plans, articles of incorporation, by-laws, technical manuals and procedures, and web content.
Charlie has a B.A. in Political Science, a B.S. in Computer and Information Science, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with emphases in Finance, Organization Development, Change Management, Strategic Management, New Venture Management, and Technology Management. He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Organization Development Network, and is trained in ISO 9000, ITIL, and Lean Six Sigma. Charlie is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, as well as Smartsheets, Asana, Quickbooks, WordPress, Visio and LucidCharts.
