Gretchen Blackwell

Gretchen has led domestic and international business process redesign for companies ranging in size from $60M to $370M. She is an experienced Project Manager, having led strategic and tactical initiatives, including CRM implementations. She also is an expert in developing effective sales support strategies. Gretchen holds a B.A. in Modern European Studies from Smith College.

Sean Dennis

Sean is an exceptional professional writer with an extensive background developing high-quality content for corporations including marketing materials, SEO strategies, technical user manuals, training materials, proposal responses, and e-learning products. In addition, he supports aspiring non-fiction authors and has provided editing and writing services for a variety of high-profile clients such as HigherEducation.com, The World Bank, Virtual Job Shadow, Bestcovery, Waves Factory, Charleston Jazz Festival, Moog Music, WholeLife Holistic Nutrition, Asheville-Buncombe Technical College, and F+W Media.

Sean holds an M.A. in English with a linguistics concentration and a B.A. in Economics from Old Dominion University. Patrice Hudson

Patrice is an experienced Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience. She has extensive supply chain management and business process leadership across diverse industries including manufacturing, Department of Defense, information technology, oil & gas production, and aerospace. Patrice has wide-ranging Agile Project Management experience and has led ERP implementations, upgrades, and functional support for Fortune 500 corporations. Patrice has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University. In addition, Patrice has both a certification in Applied Project Management and continuing education coursework in Lean Six Sigma Supply Chain from Villanova University.

Saj Johnson

Saj Johnson is a Wisconsin native that recently relocated to South Florida by way of Washington, DC. She holds a Masters in Science and Management from Cardinal Stritch University and is currently completing her second year of Law School at Purdue. Saj has over 18 years of consulting experience in process improvement, Program/Project Management and business process re-engineering. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with extensive experience in supply chain management, operations, customer journey, and technology. Saj's industry experience includes, but is not limited to, wealth management, healthcare, the federal government, and legal. 

Joe Komperda

Joe is an experienced PMP who has consulted on Project Management engagements, Business Process updates and performed Sales Support and Execution in numerous domains and industries. He improves organizational success using methods and tools, leadership and creative solutions. Joe is a West Point graduate with a B.S. in Engineering with concentrations in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.ged.

Kathryn McIver

Kathryn D. McIver is a doctoral candidate in business administration with the University of Maryland and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She holds an MBA from Syracuse University specializing in entrepreneurship. Before focusing on professional development and training, McIver held executive-level operations and consulting roles. She led and advised department leaders on strategic planning, Lean Six Sigma implementation, key performance indicator development, operational excellence, and operations management. She also serves as a Lean Six Sigma curriculum developer creating online training for Yellow, Green, and Black Belt students, and teaching Black Belt courses. In her free time, McIver enjoys writing and has published on applying game theory to organizations, leveraging business incubators, selecting the appropriate methodology and tools for project success, and case studies on Lean Six Sigma implementation. She has spoken at ASQ, PMI, and trade organizations to increase the caliber of professionals in the workplace. Her professional areas of interest include organizational success factors, mitigating chaos and complexity in organizations, and bridging the scholar-practitioner gap in evidence-based management applications.

Mike Lundblad

Mike has advanced experience helping companies design effective sales support strategies that drive sales execution. He also designs sales training courses that accelerate competency and knowledge of services and products. Mike is a U.S. Naval Academy graduate and veteran, holding a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and M.S. in Information Systems.

Joe Pulichene

Joe Pulichene has over 35 years of extensive experience creating, implementing, communicating and managing innovative and strategic total rewards and human resources solutions. Expertise includes the ability to facilitate large scale initiatives that drive business results and recognize the diverse needs of all stakeholders. Joe has successfully developed and implemented numerous compensation systems, incentive plans and performance management programs for healthcare, engineering/technology, financial services, fast casual restaurants and manufacturing.

Heidi Reynolds

Heidi Reynolds has been an HR and Talent Acquisition professional for 25 years on both a national and global scale within Public and Private Equity companies. Most recently, she has worked with senior and executive management as the Head of HR in the emerging technologies vertical. Her tenure includes companies like, DataPath, Newell Rubbermaid, and Blancco Technology Group. She has had various focal points including the building and augmenting the strategic functions of the organization, as well as M&A activities. Her background includes:

  • Benchmarking
  • Cultural assessment and readiness
  • Leadership identification, redundancy and succession planning
  • Workstreams around benefits, talent acquisition, HR structure & global integration

Heidi holds a Master of Science (MS) in I/O Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BA) in which she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is currently pursuing a doctorate (PhD) in I/O Psychology. 

Melanie Stowell

Melanie is bilingual in English and French, and possesses exceptional business and technical writing skills with a background in the medical research field. Her area of expertise includes translating research into practice which she accomplishes through qualitative data collection, analysis, and clear and concise writing. Additionally, Melanie is a power user of the entire Microsoft (MS) suite, with advanced skills in MS Word and PowerPoint. She also is adept in utilizing SharePoint, Endnote (citation management software), Visio, and REDCap (survey and data management). In 2020, Melanie was awarded a Fulbright Student Grant to conduct research in Auckland, New Zealand. Melanie’s experience includes:

Senior Research Associate for Denver Health and Hospital Authority.

  • Authored, co-authored, and edited numerous research articles published across various journals and conferences.
  • Wrote federal grant applications.
  • Produced progress reports to funders.

Assistant at the Carter Center Mental Health Program.

  • Prepared symposium talking points and presentations for former First Lady Rosalyn Carter (Director of the Carter Center Mental Health Program).
  • Performed research and distilled results into comprehensive, clearly articulated reports.
  • Assisted with program initiatives including the Journalism Fellowship meetings.

Melanie received her BA in French and Psychology from the University of Denver and her Master’s degree in Medical Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh. She is a volunteer at the Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains, where she assists refugees and ESL high school students apply to colleges, translating French to English.

Lora Wolfe

Lora Wolfe is an HR Professional with over 20 years of experience. Her main areas of expertise include talent acquisition, performance management, policy writing and employee relations. Most recently, she assists start-up companies in developing HR standards, processes, and policies. She has worked for companies that range from 35 employees to 350,000 employees. She has experience working in the following industries: retail pharmaceutical, biotech, oil & gas, air ambulance, senior living centers, and a food distributor. Lora holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from the University of Kansas with an emphasis in Journalism and Spanish.
